Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking or An Post and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by the courier of your choice please contact us before purchase.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We ship all orders promptly and you will be notified via email when your order is sent. Please be patient if your order has not arrived as quick as you would like it to, and be sure to check your tracking code and indeed with the courier company if  their tracking information is incomplete. We cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery by an post or courier, please do not expect us to.

Please double-check the spelling of each name before submitting your order.
We cannot rectify mistakes once they have been personalized .If we make a mistake, we will replace the item at no charge once the incorrect item has been returned to us. (We will credit your card with the appropriate postage.) We recommend that you obtain a receipt of posting (free from the post office).

If an item arrives to you in a less than perfect condition, contact us and we will en-devour to rectify the situation immediately.

You have the right to return the said item to us with in 7 days for a full refund (less postage costs).

Returns Policy

Delivery time within Ireland is usually 2 - 3 working days, to the UK and mainland Europe is usually 3 - 6 working days and to the rest of the world is usually 5 - 10 working days.

We may send your order by courier or a signed-for service, depending on its weight and value. This service will take an extra day to deliver.

Boxes and envelopes are suitably sized and your items are well-protected, special care is taken to protect fragile items.

Your order may incur import duty and other taxes or charges if your delivery address is outside the European Union. These costs are your responsibility to pay and your order may not be delivered to you until you have paid these charges.

We will not refund shipping fees on orders returned to us due to refusal to pay the import duty and other taxes or charges.


Returns & Cancellations

If for any reason, including change of mind, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the goods for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Change of mind cancellations can also be made before dispatch. Please contact us before returning any goods. 
Simply ensure that purchases are unused and in the original retail packaging when you return them. To ensure safe return please package them securely in bubble wrap or reuse the original packaging if possible. 

We ask customers from outside the European Union to ensure a customs document is completed and marked "goods returned". If this is not done the goods could be refused at customs and returned to you.

We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund, if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

We do not refund return postage unless the goods are faulty or the incorrect items have been sent to you.
